Privacy policy

This policy explains how Anucor Fitness Studio Ltd uses personal information in 2026.

We are a private limited company registered in England and Wales under number 13852047.

The owner of the company is Anya Corvin.

Our studio and registered correspondence address is 27 Bernard Street, London.

You can write to us at anucor@hotmail.com or call +442071012807.

This website is published for people who want to train with us or learn how the studio works.

We collect information when you send a booking request or a contact message through the forms on this site.

The fields we ask for are your name, email address, telephone number, chosen service, preferred date, and any note you choose to add.

On the contact page we also ask for a subject line so the desk can route the message.

We use that information to reply, to hold a session in the diary, and to keep a simple record of who trains here.

We do not sell your details to mailing lists, brokers, or anyone who wants a London fitness audience.

We do not buy extra data about you from social networks to guess your income or your habits.

Coaches at Anucor see the notes that help them teach you, such as a sore knee or a request for morning sessions.

Those notes stay inside the studio systems we use for the diary and email.

If you write to us on WhatsApp or Viber using +442071012807, the message sits in that app until we answer and file what we need.

Phone calls are not recorded.

We keep booking records for as long as they are useful for tax, insurance, and the running of the studio, which in practice is up to six years for invoices and a shorter period for ordinary diary notes.

If you ask us to delete a marketing note, we will, provided we are not required to keep a payment record.

You can ask what information we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop using it for messages you never wanted.

Send that request to anucor@hotmail.com and put “privacy” in the subject so it does not sit under a class booking.

We will answer within one month unless the request is unusually large, in which case we will say so.

The lawful reasons we rely on are the steps needed to take a booking you asked for, our legitimate interest in running a small studio safely, and any consent you give when you write a health note of your own free will.

Health comments you type into a form are supplied by you.

We treat them as confidential coaching notes, not as a medical file.

We are not your doctor, physiotherapist, or insurer.

If a note suggests you need clinical care, a coach may recommend that you speak to a qualified clinician.

That conversation is still coaching, not treatment.

Payment details are taken at the desk or by bank transfer when a booking is confirmed.

We do not ask for card numbers through the website forms.

If a payment processor shows us a truncated card reference, we keep only what the processor requires.

Our website may set a small technical cookie so pages load as they should.

The cookie policy on this site describes that in more detail.

We do not run hidden trackers that follow you around London after you leave Bernard Street.

We do not use fake counters, countdown clocks, or other tricks that need to store your behaviour.

Children under sixteen should not send us a booking form in their own name.

If a parent wants a session for a young person, the parent writes, attends, and remains the account holder.

We host this site on ordinary web infrastructure.

That means a hosting company may process data on our instruction inside the United Kingdom or the wider European area we use for email.

We choose suppliers who agree to keep studio data for studio purposes only.

If we ever change host, this policy will still apply to Anucor Fitness Studio Ltd as the controller.

A data breach that risks your rights would be something we take seriously.

In that unlikely case we would tell the people affected and the Information Commissioner’s Office when the law says we must.

You can complain to the ICO if you think we have mishandled your information.

We would rather you write to us first so we can fix a simple mistake without a formal fight.

This policy does not cover other websites you may reach from our footer, such as Google Maps, WhatsApp, or Viber.

Those services have their own rules, and we cannot rewrite them.

The map link is only there so you can find 27 Bernard Street.

We update this text when the studio changes how it works, not for decoration.

The version you are reading is the 2026 version for Anucor Fitness Studio Ltd.

If a later change is material, we will date it on this page.

Nothing here asks you to waive rights you have under UK data protection law.

Training with us is optional, and so is sending a form.

If you prefer to book in person, walk to the studio and speak to the desk.

We will still write your name in the diary with the same care.

Questions about this policy go to Anya Corvin as owner, via anucor@hotmail.com, at Anucor Fitness Studio Ltd, 27 Bernard Street, London.
