The five services
Same photos as the homepage, with the details filled in
This page exists because a card with a pretty picture is not enough to spend your Thursday on. Below you will find the five formats we actually run in 2026, the fees as they stand, what we guarantee, and the small conditions that stop the diary from turning into chaos. The photographs are the same files you saw on the home page, because the room does not change when you click a different menu item. Each card has a button that jumps to the booking form on this page. There is only one form here. If you are also curious about the bonus block at the bottom, use that same form and mention the bonus in the notes. We would rather have you write once than fill two boxes that ask for the same email. Read the guarantees. They are ordinary on purpose: we start on time, we coach the session you paid for, and we will not dump you in a class that does not match the thing you booked. If a coach is ill we move you. If you are late we still have a session, just a shorter one. That is the tone. No marble language, no “transformation or your money back in forty-eight hours”. Training does not work like a kettle.
How to order
One form, then a human writes back
Booking at Anucor is deliberately un-app-like. You send the form, we answer from anucor@hotmail.com, and the slot is yours when you confirm the time. That is the whole machine. We do this because a diary of six-person classes and private sessions does not need a robot with surge pricing. Write the service, a date that would actually work, and any shoulder, knee, or timetable drama. If you want the bonus block described later on this page, add the word “bonus” in the notes so we apply the intro rate instead of making you hunt for a second box. Payment is taken when we confirm, by bank transfer or card at the desk, not the second you hit send. If the time you wanted is gone we will offer two others, not a waiting list that sleeps in a spreadsheet. You can also call +442071012807, use WhatsApp from the footer, or walk in at 27 Bernard Street if you prefer to point at the board. First visits get a short consult. After that the form is enough. We keep one form on this page so you are not filling your name into a bonus widget and a booking widget like you have been cloned. If you would rather talk it through, call +442071012807 and we will write the same details into the diary while you are on the line, then email you the confirmation so you have it in writing. That still counts as one request, not a second form hiding under the first.
Seven things that hold the place together
The advantages you will notice without a brochure
Marketing teams love a list of twelve. We stopped at seven because that is what people remember after they have been here a month. None of these claim we invented training. They describe how Anucor runs on Bernard Street in 2026, and they are the same points we give someone who is comparing us with a cheaper gym that opens at 5 a.m. and never learns their name. If a point does not matter to you, skip it. If all seven sound like basic manners, you will probably like the room. We wrote them because people kept asking what was different from the gym they already paid for and never used. The honest answer is attention, a cap on the class, and a door they can walk to between meetings. That is not a miracle. It is how a small studio has to work if it wants you to come back in 2026 without a guilt email.
Coaches who talk to each other
Your pilates notes do not die in a silo. The strength coach hears about the hip before Thursday.
A cap of six
Group work stays human. You can put your bag down and still see the demo.
A consult that is not a pitch
Thirty minutes, questions, a look at how you move. No clipboard of upsells.
Times that match a London day
Early slots, lunch, and a last class that still lets you make a reasonable train.
Fees on a page, not in a whisper
Prices above. Intro relief stays at twenty percent. No mystery “member rate” behind a curtain.
Showers and a kettle
You can go back to a meeting without looking like you lost a fight with a rowing machine.
The same door since we started
27 Bernard Street, still. We did not chase a cheaper arch in a postcode you cannot spell.
Bonus block
A first-month mix without inventing a fantasy discount
New people often want two things at once and then freeze because the maths looks like a second job. The Anucor intro block is how we tidy that. For your first four weeks you can pair personal training with one group format, or pilates with conditioning, and we take twenty percent off that first month. Not forty-five, not a flashing wheel. Twenty, written here, applied when you ask for the bonus on the form above. After week four you move to ordinary rates or you pause, no sulk from the desk. The icons below are the pieces inside the block, not a separate shop. If you only want one service, skip the bonus and book the single card. If you want the mix, choose “Intro bonus block” in the form, tell us which two pieces, and we will send the times and the reduced total. Packs still follow the twelve-week rule. Miss a week because of work and we fold it into the next one if you warn us. That is the whole programme: a kinder first month, then the real prices, then you decide if Bernard Street is your room. We would rather you finish the four weeks and leave politely than start a year you cannot attend.
Two formats
Pair a private session with a class, or pilates with HIIT, for the first four weeks.
Twenty percent
Off the first month only. After that the board prices apply, with no quiet extras.
Coach notes
Both coaches see the same week so you are not doing heavy legs twice by accident.
A named contact
One person at the studio owns your intro so questions do not bounce between inboxes.
